The following terms and conditions are active for any racing leather suits, and custom sized racing leather suits (with and without airbag system).
PURE only uses the measurement videos in the case that the tailor requests access to these videos due to anatomically incorrect, unrealistic or extremely inconsistent measurements received, that have been submitted by the customer. otherwise, no access is given to any of these videos to any person or third party for customers privacy protection.

By the purchase of a custom PURE suit, the customer agrees to the fact that the manufacturing, shipping and delivery times can vary greatly between 8 weeks or more - Please allow for at least 8 weeks of combined manufacturing and delivery times before inquiring about your custom made suit - unexpected circumstances may delay the manufacturing process as well as the delivery more.
Measurement Disclaimer
Measurements received by PURE from the Customer in any form will be used to manufacture the PURE suit. PURE Sports Gear takes no liability in the event that any measurements have been wrong after the customer has received and tried on their new suit with the result of a wrong fit. It is solely the responsibility of the customer or whoever measures the customer to provide correct measurements and use the specific measurements instructions as laid out on our website or received by the customer from PURE Sports Gear.​
